On Thursday's the class brings home their new spelling list.  The spelling tests are on Wednesdays.  

First grade gets their first list next Thursday.  Please make sure your child is reading to you.  Don't

1 plastic shoebox with hinged lid

1 pkg. wide rule loose leaf paper

1 pair of good sharp scissors (no plastic blade)

2 pkgs. of No.2 pencils

1 jumbo eraser

1 pkg. black/blue ink pens (10 ct.)

1 pkg. red ink pens

3 steno pads

6 spiral notebooks

4 jumbo or 8small glue sticks

1 box Crayola crayons (24 ct.)

1 boxes broad tipped, basic color washable markers (8 ct.)

1 box of colored pencils

1 ruler with inches and centimeters

1 pkg. lined index cards

1 individual pencil sharpener

1 set of Crayola watercolor paints

1 bottle of Elmer’s white glue (not school glue)

1 large box of Kleenex

1 box Ziplock baggies (quart size)

2 pkgs. 4 roll toilet paper

3 rolls of paper towels

1 pkg. Clorox wipes

1 pkg. of napkins

5 two pocket folders

1 calculator (3rd grade & up)
